The Challenge
The linoleum glue had left black patches, and the oak had nail holes from old tack strips.
Our Approach
We scraped the glue, filled the nail holes and sanded to bare wood in every room.
The Process
A sealer and two layers of satin went on, with plenty of time to cure between them.
Materials and Finish
Scraped and sanded oak, filled nail holes, sealer and satin.
The Result
The original oak looks warm and alive again, and the glue patches are gone.
