The Challenge

The old floor had swollen near the back door, and the crawl space below was damp.

Our Approach

We added a vapor barrier in the crawl space, leveled the floor and chose a rigid vinyl that will not swell with moisture.

The Process

Planks were clicked together from the back door toward the front, with a seal at the threshold.
