The Challenge
Site finished floors need days to dry. That timeline was impossible here.
Our Approach
We chose a prefinished oak with a tough finish already on it so the floor was ready to walk on the moment it went down.
The Process
Each row was nailed down tight with a pneumatic nailer and the edges were covered with new trim the same week.
Materials and Finish
Prefinished oak with a sealed surface, rosin paper and new trim.
The Result
The family moved in on schedule onto a finished hardwood floor with no smell and no waiting.
