The Challenge
The old sheet vinyl was glued over a second layer, and the kitchen sat higher than the hall.
Our Approach
We removed both layers, brought the kitchen down to the hall height and laid planks straight through.
The Process
The planks were clicked in with no threshold between rooms and trimmed around the cabinets.
Materials and Finish
Rigid core vinyl in a pale oak look and new trim.
The Result
The kitchen and hall now feel like one space, and the floor wipes clean in seconds.
