The Challenge
The oak had deep scratches from the last owner's furniture and a gray tone from old wax.
Our Approach
We stripped the wax with the first sanding pass and kept going until the scratches were gone.
The Process
A sealer and two layers of satin water based finish went on, with a full day to cure before the move.
Materials and Finish
Sanded oak, sealer and a satin water based finish.
The Result
The floors were ready on time, and the family moved in on floors that look new.
