The Challenge
The schedule was tight, and the kitchen and bedrooms had three different floor heights.
Our Approach
We removed the old floors in one day, evened out the heights and picked a thick laminate with a strong wear rating.
The Process
The planks were locked in over a foam underlayment, then the trim and thresholds were finished before the cleaners came.
Materials and Finish
Twelve millimeter laminate, foam underlayment and new thresholds.
The Result
The unit was ready four days early and rented on the first showing.
