Walkthrough Before We Start
Old mill-town houses settle over the decades. So the lead installer sights down the subfloor, tests the stairs and thresholds, and decides how the rows should run before any wood is opened.

Nobody on your floor is a contractor we found last week. These are our employees, holding licenses and insurance, and trained to NWFA standards.
When install day arrives, cartons are counted again and trim pieces are set at every opening. Then the first row goes against the straightest wall and everything else follows it.
We stand behind the labor for twelve months. The boards bring their own warranty from whoever milled them.

Running the boards with the long wall means less waste and a hall that looks longer.

Short lengths turn at right angles in a zigzag. We cut every one by hand for a dining room.

Rows cut at 45 degrees come together in a crisp V down the middle of the floor.

Boards laid on the diagonal draw the eye across the room, so a small kitchen reads bigger.

Alternating oak squares give a sunroom an old parquet look.

Woven strips over and under, often with a border, suit a formal room in an older house.

Our nail-down work costs $2.25/Sq Ft, nails and underlayment included. With the oak supplied by us the package is $5.50/Sq Ft unfinished or $6.00/Sq Ft prefinished.
Not for us. The crew takes up the carpet and pad, checks the old boards, fixes weak spots and then lays plywood or nails straight where it is sound.
Engineered, floated on padding with glue at the joints. No fasteners touch the concrete, and the labor is $2.00/Sq Ft.
Yes, at $2.50/Sq Ft plus the adhesive. It gives a firmer feel underfoot in busy rooms.
We do, for a flat $250, so the room is clear when the crew arrives.
Boxes leave the Natick warehouse for Ware the following day. Labor is due as work begins and material as the boxes are delivered.
Up to 30% off the material you buy through Brazil Floors, plus $250 off if you book the estimate online. We bring samples to your house.
The manufacturer warranty covers the wood. Our labor carries a one-year warranty, and the crew is licensed, insured and NWFA certified.
