Walkthrough Before We Start
First visit, a lead installer walks every room with a moisture meter, stomps around for spongy plywood and picks the heading each row should follow.

Nobody we bring is a stranger. Each installer draws a Brazil Floors paycheck, holds NWFA certification and carries a license plus insurance.
Our tape measure comes out twice, first during the walkthrough, then on install morning, so wood orders, thresholds and base trim all land exactly.
Twelve months of labor coverage start once we leave, separate from the hardwood maker's own warranty, which stays fully intact.

Rows travel the long way of the room, calm to look at, and the offcuts left over barely fill a bucket.

Little rectangles zigzag at right angles, perfect for a front hall that guests see first.

Ends are mitered so each row closes in a sharp point aimed straight down a hallway.

Angled corner to corner, planks stretch a cramped den visually and steer attention off walls that wander.

Small wood squares, grain flipping tile to tile, give a dining room the old fashioned look of a Gilded Age cottage.

Pairs of short strips alternate direction across a grid, the way a picnic basket's weave looks when you peer down at it.

Nailing runs $2.25/Sq Ft in labor, glue plus nails is $2.50/Sq Ft, floating is $2.00/Sq Ft. Supplying the wood as well, unfinished oak lands at $5.50/Sq Ft installed and prefinished at $6.00/Sq Ft.
Sure. Tear out costs about $1.00/Sq Ft, and every bit of debris rides away in our trailer, so nothing ends up stacked by your garage for weeks.
Unfinished gets sanded smooth after install, so seams blend away and stain choices are unlimited. Prefinished shows up already sealed, meaning zero dust and furniture back that night.
Solid oak likes several days in the house getting used to its humidity. A pin meter reads the planks and plywood beforehand, heading off gaps and cupping.
Not unless you want to. For $250 our crew lifts sofas, beds and bookcases out of the way, then carries everything back once the new oak is down.
Coventry warehouse stock ships next day, so the bundles usually land the following morning, and installation gets slotted into your calendar.
You settle labor on the first morning, as tools come off the truck, and material gets paid on delivery. No hefty deposit weeks out.
Phone us. Labor stays guaranteed a full year, the wood maker's warranty remains on top of that, and a member of our team drives out to make it right.
