A scratch from the sander turns into a dark line under color, so the floor is buffed with fine screens and vacuumed before any stain goes down.
The stain is rubbed into one section at a time and the excess wiped off before moving on, so no lap lines show where sections meet.
Staining in Ayer is done by Brazil Floors employees with NWFA training and full insurance, and the labor is guaranteed for a year.

Staining is $2.00/Sq Ft, and that includes sample squares on your own oak, color applied by hand and a clear top coat. A full sand, stain and three coat refinish is the $2.50/Sq Ft service.
