Boards Matched to Yours
Species, plank width and grain direction all get matched, and stain is test brushed onto the new pieces until they sit quietly beside the old ones.

During the free visit we study the damage, take a moisture reading and figure out what's under the floor, so the fix lasts instead of coming back.
Strips that rock or creak are pulled snug to the subfloor, and the gaps that open up every heating season get filled so grit can't collect in them.
Patches are done by NWFA trained techs, licensed plus insured, and if our workmanship lets you down within a year, the fix is on us.

No two fixes are alike, so the first step is a free visit. Once we've seen the damage, the wood and what's under it, you get one firm number and nothing gets cut until you say yes.
Usually, yes. We hunt down oak in the same width, sometimes borrowing pieces from inside a closet, and adjust the stain until the new section sits right beside the old.
The goal is that you can't. We weave new pieces into the existing rows instead of cutting a straight line, then sand and finish to blend the sheen.
Cupping comes from moisture, often a slow leak, a damp cellar or a wet slider. We find the source first, let the wood dry, then replace whatever stays warped.
Light surface marks may sand out. Dark black spots have soaked deep into the grain, and that oak needs to come out and get replaced to look right.
If the damage is limited to one area, repair is enough. If the whole floor is dull and scratched, we can repair first and then sand and refinish everything at $2.50/Sq Ft.
Once you approve the price from the free visit, we schedule the work. You pay for labor when our tech pulls in that day, so there's no deposit up front.
Yes, for twelve months. Our licensed, insured crew stands behind every repair, and should a patch loosen or a fix fail from our work, we return to correct it.
