When can we walk on it?

Do you move furniture for a refinish?
We do, for a flat $250 for the house. Taking out an old floor beforehand is about $1.00/Sq Ft.
How is the sanding paid?
Half the price is collected as the sanders arrive, half once the final coat has dried. Nothing else is due in advance.
How messy does the dust get?
Sander dust goes through a hose into sealed bags, and ledges are wiped at the end. A light film can still reach high shelves, so those get wiped too.
What if my boards are too thin to sand?
A wear layer check at the estimate shows how much wood is left, and you hear the result straight. If little wood is left, a screen and recoat is the kinder job.

One year on labor from Brazil Floors. Our sander operators carry a license, insurance and NWFA certification.
