Your stairs are built by Brazil Floors carpenters, licensed, insured and NWFA trained. No outside carpenter touches a Lebanon staircase.
Each tread is measured on its own because old Lebanon staircases are seldom square. Every tread gets cut to its own step rather than to a single pattern.
Every tread and riser carries a twelve month labor warranty starting the day the stairs reopen.

Installed oak treads and risers run $60 per step. Refinishing oak steps or fitting laminate treads is $50 per step.
Yes, that is most of our Lebanon stair work. Carpet, pad and staples come out and solid oak treads go in.
A straight run of thirteen steps is usually done in one day, and the finish cures overnight. Plan to sleep where you can stay up or down.
Treads get the same stain and finish as the floor, so the color climbs without a break.
Yes. Each tread is measured and cut on its own, which handles the out of square stairs in Lebanon's older houses.
On open stairs we set the treads and risers and put your balusters back. New railings are quoted separately.
Licensed, insured, NWFA trained carpenters from Brazil Floors. A Lebanon staircase is never handed to a subcontractor.
Labor is guaranteed for a year from the day you walk on the stairs again.
