The stair builders are Brazil Floors employees, licensed, insured and NWFA trained. No outside carpenter touches a Kent staircase.
Each tread is measured on its own, since old Kent staircases are rarely square. Treads are cut to each step rather than to one template.
Twelve months of labor warranty on every tread and riser, starting the day the stairs are back in use.

$60 per step for new oak treads and risers installed. Refinishing existing oak or fitting laminate treads is $50 per step.

A straight run of fourteen steps is usually done in one day. Finish cures overnight, so plan to sleep where you can stay up or down.
We stain and finish the treads with the same products as the floor, so the color carries straight up.

We fit treads and risers on open stairs and reinstall your existing balusters. New railings are quoted separately.
Our own carpenters, licensed, insured and NWFA trained. We never subcontract Kent stairs.
