Our own carpenters, licensed, insured and NWFA trained, do the stair work. No outside tradesman enters your Warren house.
Treads are measured one at a time, because a farmhouse staircase from the 1800s is almost never square. Each cut matches its own step.
A year of labor warranty covers every tread and riser, starting on the day the stairs reopen to the family.

Each new oak step, tread and riser, is $60 installed. Refinishing oak or covering a step in laminate is $50.

We use the same stain and finish as the floor, so the color carries up the stairs.
