Nothing is owed for our visit, and we generally turn up the day after you call with bits of oak, maple and vinyl to lay against your trim. If you're refinishing, we dab stain straight onto the boards so oil and water finishes sit side by side.

The flooring comes from us and gets laid by our own crew, so no outside hands enter your home. We can begin the very next morning. Sanding plus refinishing stays flat at two dollars and twenty five cents a square foot, any room.

While we're there, a tape goes across every room, we look at the subfloor, check the moisture and jot down any stair or doorway adjustments. Around the old shoe factory blocks and everywhere else in town, prep costs land on your written estimate.

Anything our crew lays down or sands has our own twelve month guarantee behind it, and fresh boards also arrive covered by the maker. If a plank rises up or the coating disappoints you, just phone and we'll head back over.
