Water Resistant Laminate
Water resistant laminate can handle wet boots after a snowy walk down Brattleboro Road, provided puddles get wiped up the same day and don't sit there until morning.

Thin foam under the planks softens that hollow sound when people walk. Over concrete downstairs, plastic vapor sheeting is spread out before the foam.
Our estimator carries samples in, and you can line each plank up against your cabinets, window trim and couch in the daylight of your own rooms.
Once the final plank snaps into place, our labor stays backed until that date comes around next year, while the manufacturer deals with any defect in the planks.

Laminate tolerates seasonal swings better than many floors, but extreme cold and damp can cause trouble. We check the space and the maker's limits before quoting.
Light gear on rubber mats is fine. Heavy fixed machines can pin a floating floor in place, so we'd suggest a matted zone or another flooring type in that corner.
Where laminate meets another floor or a threshold, we install a matching transition piece, so the change between the two surfaces is gentle underfoot.
Installation costs $1.99/Sq Ft. If carpet or an old floor has to come out, add roughly $1.00/Sq Ft. The free estimate lists each room separately so nothing is hidden.
Near a wall, we unclick the rows and swap the damaged plank. If it's out in the open, we can cut the bad piece out and glue in a replacement.
Quality laminate has a very hard surface that resists normal scratches. Felt glides on the chair legs and a solid doormat at each entrance keep it looking sharp.
Installation labor is collected when our crew begins. Planks ordered from us are paid on delivery. There's no large deposit to hold your spot.
Should our installation give you trouble before twelve months pass, we'll come correct it. The planks also carry a manufacturer's warranty that differs from brand to brand, and we'll go over those terms with you.
