Water Resistant Laminate
Water resistant laminate can take dripping jackets, slush from the driveway and a knocked over mug, as long as somebody grabs a towel. Every subfloor gets a moisture reading before we begin.

Each laminate floor rides on a foam cushion that softens footsteps and kills that hollow tap. Over bare concrete we also unroll a plastic vapor sheet under the foam.
Laminate swatches travel with our project manager. Prop a few planks against the couch, the braided rug and the cabinets, and see how they look by lunchtime sun and lamplight.
Laminate labor from us is guaranteed a year, and whichever brand you pick stands behind its planks separately. Our crews carry full insurance.

Expect $1.99/Sq Ft for labor, foam included at no charge. If you would like us to supply the planks, we go over brands and pricing at the free visit to your home.
It can, provided the plywood under it is firm. Laminate floats, so a few gentle dips are fine, but soft or bouncy spots get fixed before we lay anything.

We can. Ripping it out and carting it off usually comes to about $1.00/Sq Ft. If you want the crew to move your furniture as well, that is $250 for the job.
The install gets paid once our people arrive, and any planks from us are paid on delivery, which normally happens the day after you order.
Twelve months on the labor, which our own licensed, insured installers handle start to finish, plus the warranty printed on the laminate box from its maker.
