Dustless Floor Refinishing
Our sanders are hooked to vacuums that pull dust as they go. Then the walls, sills and corners get wiped and the room vacuumed again, all before a drop of finish.

A typical house wraps up in a few days, and the full calendar is laid out for you when we visit. Light walking after one day, furniture after two.
Loose spots, deep pet stains and cupped strips get looked at during the free estimate. Each fix is priced after we inspect it and done first, so sanding blends it in.
We back refinishing labor for a full year. The bill is split in two, one half when the first sander starts humming and the other when the last layer is dry.

Skip the stain and seal it clear, and white oak keeps its pale, sunny look in a front room.

Medium brown with some warmth, forgiving of everyday wear and kitchens that see muddy paws.

A quiet, neutral brown that suits most trim and tames the orange cast older red oak picks up.

Deep brown carrying a little red, a natural match for a Federal style house and its white trim.

Dark without going black, this shade makes a dining room feel dressed up while the grain still reads.

Close to black, this one is dramatic in a big open room. It shows dust sooner than lighter shades, and we always mention that.

It is $2.50/Sq Ft for the whole sand and refinish, and picking a stain does not change that. If you want us to shift the furniture, add $250.
A few rooms usually take three to four days from first sanding to last layer of finish. We sketch out each day with you during the visit, so you can plan meals and pets around it.
Solid oak usually has plenty of wood left to go through the sander again and again. With engineered planks it comes down to the thickness of the real wood on top, so we look closely first.
Not with our machines. They pull dust into vacuums as they sand, and we clean the room again before finish goes down. You will still want doors closed.
Water based finish has a light smell and dries fast. Keep pets out until the final layer cures for a day, then short trips across it are fine.
Yes. Deep stains from pets, cracked strips and spots that move underfoot get handled first, so after sanding the new wood blends with the rest. We quote each repair after a look.
Fifty percent is due on day one, when the sanders roll in, and the remainder once everything has dried and you have walked the rooms with us.
Our licensed and insured crew covers the labor for one year. If the finish fails because of something we did, we return and redo that area at no cost.
