Walkthrough Before We Start
Before a single board goes down, the lead installer walks your rooms, taps the subfloor for soft spots and checks that every doorway still clears the new height.

Everyone who steps into your home is on the Brazil Floors payroll, licensed, insured and NWFA certified, never a subcontractor hired for the week.
Rooms get measured wall to wall and the stair noses and thresholds are marked, so cartons and trim reach your Southborough house already matched to the layout.
We stand behind our workmanship for one year, and the mill backs the boards with its own warranty, so labor and lumber each carry a promise.

Boards run with the long wall, which wastes the least wood and stretches a narrow entry hall.

Short lengths set in a zigzag give a dining room an inlaid look, a good fit beside St. Mark's Church.

Mitered ends make a run of arrows that leads your eye through an open kitchen and family room.

Boards turned 45 degrees cross the room corner to corner and help a modest den off Route 9 look wider.

Oak squares turned in alternating directions form a tidy grid for a sunroom or study in Southville.

Short pieces woven over and under with a dark border make a statement entry in a house on Breakneck Hill.

At $2.25/Sq Ft, nail down labor already includes the nails and the underlayment. Add the wood from us and the package is $5.50/Sq Ft unfinished or $6.00/Sq Ft prefinished.
Wide boards sit calmer with adhesive beneath them. That method is $2.50/Sq Ft for labor, plus the adhesive.
Over concrete we float engineered planks at $2.00/Sq Ft of labor, so nothing gets nailed into the slab. We check the moisture at your estimate before recommending it.
Both. Material bought through Brazil Floors can come up to 30% off, and booking the estimate online takes $250 off.
Delivery is next day from our Natick warehouse, and the material is paid for as the boxes are carried in.
Tear-out of old flooring runs about $1.00/Sq Ft, and moving the furniture is a flat $250.
Labor is due the day the crew arrives and work begins. On sanding work, half is paid at the start and half once the final coat is on.
Our own employees, licensed, insured and NWFA certified. Labor has a one year warranty, and the wood has its manufacturer warranty.
