Brazil Floors employs every person who kneels on your floor. They hold licenses, carry insurance and have passed NWFA certification, and no part of the job is handed to a subcontractor.
On day one the cartons get counted into their rooms and the reducers and thresholds are laid out by each doorway. Once the nailer starts, nobody searches the truck for a missing piece.
Twelve months cover our labor, and the mill warranty follows the boards themselves. That leaves you with a clear answer if anything shifts after the job.

Boards that run with the longest wall use the least wood and give a small colonial room a calm, even look.

Short strips set in alternating directions give a dining room the look of an older, hand-built floor.

Mitered chevron ends form tidy points that draw the eye through a long living area.

Set at 45 degrees, the boards stretch a tight bedroom and cover for walls that lean.

Parquet blocks with the grain changing direction suit a den or a front parlor.

A woven pattern of short pieces framed by a darker border is a traditional touch for a library or study.

Our nail-down labor is $2.25/Sq Ft with nails and underlayment inside it. Buying the wood from us puts unfinished at $5.50/Sq Ft and prefinished at $6.00/Sq Ft installed, and you can save up to 30% on material.

Engineered hardwood floated on underlayment with glued joints. Nothing is nailed into the concrete, and labor is $2.00/Sq Ft.
It can. Vinyl plank labor is $2.00/Sq Ft and laminate labor is $1.99/Sq Ft, so a whole house can be done by one crew.
It ships the next day from our Natick warehouse. The material is paid for as the boxes are carried inside.
A new hardwood tread is $60 each, and that includes the riser, nosing, stain and labor. Existing steps that are in good shape can be refinished at $50 per step.
Labor is paid on the morning the crew arrives to start. When we sand, you pay half at the beginning and half with the final coat.
Our labor is warranted for a year, and the boards carry their maker's warranty. All installers on site are licensed, insured and NWFA certified.
