Walkthrough Before We Start
Right at the start, our lead installer walks every room of your Cranston home to look over the subfloor, the door heights and the stairs.
Right at the start, our lead installer walks every room of your Cranston home to look over the subfloor, the door heights and the stairs.
Every installer who works in your home is licensed, insured and NWFA certified, so your home and your family are covered from day one.
The crew measures each room a second time on day one and tallies every box, trim piece and reducer so the job keeps moving.
Our labor is backed by a full one year warranty, and the flooring keeps the full warranty its maker gives, so both are protected.

Planks run in long, straight lines from the entry to the kitchen, an easy fit for ranch homes near Garden City.

Short planks lock into a zigzag, a classic look that dresses up the living rooms of Edgewood colonials.

Planks with angled ends meet in a long row of V shapes, a sleek choice for the newer homes in western Cranston.

Planks set at 45 degrees cross the room on a diagonal, and help a narrow room in Pawtuxet Village feel wider.

Square oak blocks switch direction the way a chessboard does, a neat look for the dining room in Knightsville.

Short strips go down two by two, each pair turned at a right angle, giving a den in Oaklawn a warm, woven feel.

You pay a flat rate of $2.25/Sq Ft for nail down labor, and we supply underlayment and nails. With our wood it runs $5.50/Sq Ft unfinished or $6.00 prefinished.
Most of the time. We match the board width and species, work the new boards in, and sand everything together so the color comes out even.
It is. We nail solid oak on the main levels, and on the lower level over concrete we float engineered planks at $2.00/Sq Ft, so every floor matches.
We float it. Engineered planks sit on top of underlayment with all joints glued, so the slab never gets a nail, and labor comes to $2.00/Sq Ft.
Next day. It ships from our warehouse in Coventry, trucks run Sunday to Sunday, and the crew can start as soon as the boxes are in your house.
We charge $60 for each new oak tread. If your steps are wood and just look worn, refinishing is $50 per step, and we match the stain to the floor.
You pay labor when the crew arrives and material when the truck pulls up at the house. For sanding it is split, 50% at the start and 50% at the final coat.
Yes. Labor is covered for one year, and your flooring holds its own manufacturer warranty. Every installer on our crew is licensed, insured and NWFA certified.
