Dustless Floor Refinishing
Our sanders run on dust collection, so most dust never leaves the machine. Then we blow down walls and ceiling and vacuum before finish.

A floor under 1,500 Sq Ft takes 3 days natural or water based and 4 with stain, with one extra day held. Walk at 24 hours, furniture at 48.
Pet stains or a busted board at the back door or a cupped spot near the dishwasher get fixed before sanding. New boards start at $150.
We stand behind every refinish with one full year on labor. Half is paid on the first day of sanding and the balance when the last coat is rolled on.

Just clear poly with no color lets the oak show its glow, a great match for sunny bungalows in Edgewood.

A warm medium brown that keeps dog hair and crumbs out of sight, big in the ranch homes of Garden City.

A calm, neutral brown that tames the orange in red oak across older capes and ranches near Oaklawn.

Golden brown with a red undertone that suits the older homes near Pawtuxet Village and the river.

A deep, classic brown that keeps the grain visible, chosen often for formal dining rooms in Knightsville.

Nearly black and very modern, it looks sharp in the newer colonials near the lake at Meshanticut Park.

Our price is a flat rate of $2.50/Sq Ft, and it buys the sanding, the color you pick and three poly coats. A screen and recoat for dull floors is $1.00/Sq Ft.
Yes, and it is often in great shape. We pull up the staples and tack strip leftovers, fill nail holes and sand it to bare wood so it looks new again.
Sanding takes off the yellowed finish, and a Bona water based coat keeps maple pale. Maple does not take dark stain well, since it tends to blotch.
For under 1,500 Sq Ft, plan 3 days left natural or 4 if stained, plus one more day. You can walk on it at 24 hours, and the furniture can go back at 48.
Not at all. The sanders feed right into dust collection, and when sanding ends air gets blown over the walls and ceilings, then we vacuum before any finish.
You do not need to be home. Our crew just has to be let in daily, from the first sanding pass to the last coat, so a key, a code or a neighbor works fine.
We charge $50 per step, stain and all, and each tread is worked by hand until it flows into the second floor hall. Risers are not included in it.
No, nothing at all. Half is paid once the crew arrives and starts to sand, and the balance comes due on the day the final coat is applied and the job is done.
