Each installer working in your home carries a license, insurance and NWFA certification, so your family and your house are protected all job long.
Day one kicks off with a recheck of every room's size and a count of each box, strip of trim and reducer, so the install never stops for parts.
Your install is backed by our one year labor warranty, while the boards hold the manufacturer warranty, so both sides of the job are protected.

Straight runs of oak running from wall to wall give the ranches off Atwood Avenue a calm, simple look.

The herringbone zigzag adds old school style to the dining room in a Graniteville cape with big windows.

Crisp V shapes march down the room, a modern look for a newer house close to Hughesdale with an open plan.

Setting the boards at 45 degrees opens up a small den, a good trick for the split levels near Thornton.

Squares of oak set like a checkerboard give a sunroom in Simmonsville a sharp look worth showing off.

Basket weave pairs short boards at right angles, a warm pick for a den in an older house in Graniteville.

Our labor to nail the floor down is a flat rate of $2.25/Sq Ft, with underlayment and nails. Combined with our wood, it is $5.50/Sq Ft unfinished or $6.00 prefinished.
Yes. The main floor of a raised ranch usually has plywood, so solid oak can go on top for $2.25/Sq Ft, and the lower level gets engineered planks.
Yes, it is built for it. Our engineered planks float on a pad of underlayment with glue in the seams, so the concrete stays untouched. Labor is $2.00/Sq Ft.
On wide boards, we combine glue and nails at $2.50/Sq Ft. We bring the nails, and glue is billed on its own, depending on the size of the job and the wood.
The next day. It comes from our warehouse in Coventry, a short drive away, with delivery Sunday to Sunday, so your project can start right away.
Each new oak tread is $60. Steps that are wood but worn get refinished for $50 a step, sanded and stained to blend with the hallway around them.
Labor is due once the crew gets there, and material when the order is dropped off. Sanding is split, 50% at the start and 50% at the final coat.
All labor carries a one year warranty, and the wood has the manufacturer warranty. Every installer we send is licensed, insured and NWFA certified too.
