Walkthrough Before We Start
Before we open a single box, our lead installer walks your Coventry home checking the subfloor, the doors and every transition.
Before we open a single box, our lead installer walks your Coventry home checking the subfloor, the doors and every transition.
Each installer on site is licensed, insured and NWFA certified, so your house and your family are covered every day we work.
On day one we measure every room again and count each box, trim piece and reducer. Our warehouse is close by, so extra stock is never far.
We give you one year of warranty on labor, and your new floor keeps its warranty from the maker, so you have double coverage.

Long rows of oak run from the front door to the kitchen, an easy look that suits the ranches off Route 117.

Short planks set in a zigzag add a lot of charm to the front halls and living rooms of older homes near Quidnick.

Every board is cut so the ends make a V, a good fit for the newer open floor plans around Tiogue Lake.

Boards running at 45 degrees cross from corner to corner, so tight rooms feel open in Washington Village capes.

Square oak blocks switch direction like a chessboard, a neat grid for a dining room in an Anthony home.

Pairs of short strips turn at right angles to look woven, a cozy detail for the den by the Coventry Greenway.

Plan on a flat rate of $2.25/Sq Ft for the nail down labor, nails and underlayment covered. Our wood packages are $5.50/Sq Ft unfinished, $6.00 prefinished.
Since our warehouse is right in Coventry, next-day delivery is easy and we work any day, Sunday to Sunday. The crew can begin once the wood is in.
Yes, ranches are easy. Long, open rooms let us run boards in one straight line, and we look over the subfloor for soft spots before the first nail.
We can, as a floating floor. We put engineered planks over underlayment, with every joint glued, and nothing is nailed into the slab, for $2.00/Sq Ft.
Both. Installing LVP or laminate runs $2.00/Sq Ft, and an LVP package with the material included costs $5.00/Sq Ft, a good choice for basements.
New oak treads are $60 each. Refinishing the wood stairs you have now is $50 per step, and we stain them so they match the floor in the hall.
Install labor is paid when the crew pulls in, and material is paid when it comes off the truck. Sanding is 50% on day one and the rest at the final coat.
One year on labor, and the boards keep the manufacturer warranty. All our installers are licensed, insured and NWFA certified, for real peace of mind.
