Labor is settled when the crew begins, and material is settled as the boxes arrive. For sanding work the payment is split in half, at the start and after the final coat.
Does the work come with a warranty?
Yes, one year on our labor, with the manufacturer warranty on the flooring itself. Installers on your job hold a license, insurance and NWFA certification.
