Nobody is hired in for the day. The people laying your floor are on our payroll, licensed and insured, and hold NWFA certification.
On day one the crew unpacks cartons, trim and reducers in the room where they belong, so the install moves along without a hunt for parts.
A full twelve months of warranty covers the labor, and the lumber has its own warranty from the mill, so craft and wood are both protected.

Running boards with the longest wall wastes less wood and gives a long hall a clean sightline.

Short boards turned ninety degrees in a zigzag are fitted one at a time and look right in an old dining room.

Each board is mitered at 45 degrees so rows join in a neat V, which looks good in a remodeled kitchen.

Short strips woven over and under, usually with a dark border, recall the mill-era trim in some Shelburne Falls buildings.
