Walkthrough Before We Start
Hill lots and old farm framing leave floors that rise and fall, so our lead checks the subfloor, the thresholds and the stairs of your Bethlehem house before a single board leaves its box.

License, insurance and NWFA certification belong to the people we send, never to a subcontractor, so the crew in your house answers to Brazil Floors from the first nail to the last sweep.
Every room is measured on the first visit, and the boxes, trim and transitions are staged by the door so the install moves without stops.
We back the labor for one year, and the boards carry the mill's own warranty on top, so the install and the wood are covered separately.

Boards run parallel to the longest wall, the quickest layout with the least waste. It stretches a narrow ranch hall.

Short pieces set at 90 degrees in a zigzag, each cut and fitted by hand. A fitting choice for a formal dining room in an old colonial near the green.

Boards cut at 45 degrees so the rows meet in a V down the middle. It looks right in an open kitchen and family room.

Planks set on the diagonal pull the eye across the room, so a small farmhouse kitchen feels wider.

Square oak blocks with alternating grain, parquet style. A traditional look for a sunroom or den.

Oak pieces woven in a basket pattern and edged with a darker border, a classic look in the front rooms of older Bethlehem homes.
