Stain picks up every little sander swirl, so before any color we buff with fine grit to erase them, then vacuum every corner, vent and windowsill.
We apply color with a pad and wipe off the excess right behind it, which keeps the tone even across the room with no darker overlap marks.
Your stain is applied by our own NWFA trained employees, not a subcontractor. We are licensed and insured, and stain work carries our one year labor warranty.

Color runs $2.00/Sq Ft, on top of the $2.50/Sq Ft refinish that comes with it. We measure during a free visit and leave you a written price.

Yes. We sand the treads and landings by hand, use the same stain as the floor, and seal them with a tough finish for everyday traffic.
