Stain is unforgiving of sanding marks. Every swirl the machine leaves turns dark once the color goes on, which is why the floor is screened with a buffer and vacuumed a second time before anyone opens a can.
The color goes on one workable section at a time, and the surplus is wiped off before the installer moves on, which is what keeps lap marks from showing.
Your Berkley floor is stained by NWFA trained employees of Brazil Floors, insured, with the work covered by a twelve month labor warranty.

Often the day after we measure. The same small team takes the floor from sanding through stain and seal, so there is no waiting between steps.
Yes. The work is covered by a one year labor warranty against lap marks, blotching or a finish that lifts, and it is done by our own NWFA trained employees rather than a subcontractor.
