Samples on Your Own Wood
Even color begins with even sanding. A missed patch of old finish or a careless swirl becomes a blotch the instant stain lands on it, so our sanders take this part slowly.

Once the color dries, clear polyurethane seals it under a hard shell. You pick the sheen, soft matte to shiny gloss, and we build layers until the tone is safe.
Three or four candidate colors get brushed beside a window you pass daily. Check them at lunch and again by lamplight, wait a day if you want, then tell us your favorite.
The stainers in your rooms hold licenses and insurance, carry NWFA training and work only for Brazil Floors. We back that labor through year one; you pay in halves.

Color is $2.00/Sq Ft, added on to the $2.50/Sq Ft for sanding and sealing. Need furniture carried out and returned? That costs $250 total.

A little. Pigment should dry for roughly a day before polyurethane can go over it, so the schedule usually grows by one day.
Only once the current finish is sanded off completely. During the estimate we look closely and give you an honest read on your options.
Two payments. Half is collected the morning our sanders begin, the balance when that last clear layer has dried and you are pleased with the color.
