Sanding scratches turn into dark streaks under color, so a fine-screen buffer pass runs first and the vacuum cleans up.
Stain goes over a manageable patch and the surplus is lifted before the next, which keeps lap marks out of sight.
Our own payroll crew does every stain job, trained to NWFA standards, insured and backed by a twelve-month labor warranty.

Staining is $2.00/Sq Ft, with sample patches on your own boards, hand applied color and a clear protective coat. The full route of sanding, stain and three poly coats is our $2.50/Sq Ft refinishing.

We mix on site and test on scraps until the tones agree. A true match can take a few rounds of samples.
Plan about 24 hours for socks and 48 for furniture. Humid weeks may add a day.

The sanding payment splits in two, with 50% when we begin and 50% on the last coat. A year of labor warranty applies.
