On the free visit, the damage gets studied, moisture gets measured and we check what's below the floor, so the repair actually holds.
Planks that move get fastened down to the subfloor again, and the gaps that open every winter get filled so dirt quits packing into them.
Repairs are done by our own NWFA trained techs, with Brazil Floors licensed and insured, and each fix is backed on labor for twelve months.

No two repairs are the same, so we price it after seeing the damage. The estimate is free, and we'll explain exactly what needs fixing before you decide.

Yes. Once the leak is stopped and the area dries, we replace planks that won't flatten and blend the finish. Moisture readings tell us how far the damage goes.
For installation work, labor is due on arrival and material on delivery. When a fix also calls for sanding and refinishing the room, you pay 50% when sanding starts and 50% when we finish.
