Dustless Floor Refinishing
Our sanders hook up to vacuums that catch most of the dust right at the machine. When sanding wraps up, we vacuum the room again before the finish goes on.

Most refinishing jobs take a few days from the sander's first pass to the final layer of finish. Stay off it a day after that, longer for rugs and heavy furniture.
Before the sander comes out, we fix what needs fixing. Pet stains, cracks and loose spots are handled up front so the refinished floor reads even.
A year of warranty covers our refinishing labor. You pay 50% the day the sanders roll in, then the remaining 50% when the final layer is dry enough to walk across.

Medium brown with some warmth, good at hiding everyday scuffs in busy kitchens off Route 113.

A soft neutral brown that suits almost any trim color and calms the orange tint older red oak picks up in homes near Spicket Falls.

Deep brown carrying a hint of red, right at home in a colonial with white trim near Nevins Memorial Library.

Dark and rich but short of black, it lends a dining room near the Tenney Gatehouse a formal feel and keeps the grain visible.

Nearly black, this tone makes a big statement in an open room. Dust does show on it sooner than on lighter colors, and we say so before you pick it.

Plenty of families stay, as long as they can keep out of the rooms being sanded. While the finish dries, a night away is easier if the bedrooms are part of the job.
Our machines connect to vacuums that grab most of the dust as we sand. We vacuum again before each layer of finish, so cleanup on your end is light.
Surface scratches sand right out. Deep gouges get filled, and pet stains that have soaked into the wood usually mean swapping those pieces, which we price after seeing them.
Solid hardwood can go through many sandings over its lifetime. Engineered floors depend on how thick the real wood layer is, and we measure that before quoting.
Light furniture can come back after a couple of days. Heavy pieces and rugs should wait longer so the finish can fully harden. We'll give you dates for your floor.
Half when the sanders start up the first morning, and the rest when we wrap up and you've walked the floor. No deposit is needed to book the free estimate.
Yes, every job has one year of labor warranty from our own certified crew, licensed and insured, and we come back if something isn't right.
