Dustless Floor Refinishing
Hoses run from every sander to a big vacuum, so most dust disappears at the drum. Trim and sills get wiped, then the floor gets vacuumed again ahead of finish.

Expect a few days in a typical house. You receive a written plan showing when bare feet are allowed back on the floor and the day heavy furniture can return.
Repairs happen before sanding. Loose pieces get fastened, black stains get sawn out and matching wood gets laced in, and after the sand nobody spots the patch.
One year of labor coverage protects every refinish. Payment comes in two halves, 50% when sanders start and 50% after your last layer of finish is down.

Natural leaves the wood unstained under clear finish, keeping white oak light in a bright south facing room.

Medium brown hides dust and paw prints nicely, popular in kitchens where boots come and go.

A soft neutral brown suits most trim colors and tones down that orange cast aging red oak tends to pick up.

Warm reddish brown feels right at home with painted trim and old fashioned country rooms.

Deep brown, not quite black, dresses up a dining room and still lets grain show through.

Close to black, it makes a dramatic statement in an open great room. Dust shows sooner on it, which we mention before you commit.

It is $2.50/Sq Ft, which covers sanding, optional stain and all finish layers. Our crew can shift furniture for $250, while stairs carry their own per step price.
Most houses take a few days, because finish needs time to dry between layers. You get a written schedule at the estimate that includes when furniture goes back.
Very little. Sanders feed straight into vacuums, and we wipe ledges and vacuum again before each round of finish, so shelves in other rooms stay clean.
Most solid oak tolerates many sandings across a long lifespan. Engineered wood depends on the top layer thickness, and we check that honestly at the free estimate.
Light surface marks usually sand away. Deep black stains have soaked in, so we cut out those pieces, lace in new ones and blend them before the room is sanded.
Yes, in the rooms we are not working on. Finished rooms stay closed while they dry, and cats and dogs should be kept clear of those areas.
Half is due as sanding begins, the remainder once we wrap up. The price on the written estimate is what you pay, with no surprise add ons.
Labor on every refinish stays guaranteed for twelve months. If something with our work is not right, a crew comes back to the valley and fixes it.
