We try stain samples on your own boards in the room's real light, so you see actual color before saying yes.
A board warped by a dishwasher leak or dented by a piano leg can be replaced from $150 and sanded flush with the room.
A year of warranty covers our work. The first half of the sanding charge is due when the machines start, the second when the last coat is done.

The flat rate is $2.50/Sq Ft, which includes sanding, stain and three coats of poly. A floor with only a worn shine might qualify for the $1.00/Sq Ft screen and recoat.
