Dustless Floor Refinishing
Our sanders feed a vacuum bag, not the air in your hallway. Sills and trim get wiped down, then the floor is vacuumed one more time before finishing starts.

Timing hinges on square footage, stain choice and humidity, and you'll know the plan at the estimate. Bare feet come back first, furniture a little later.
Split strips, a stubborn pet spot or a gap by the radiator get looked at for free and priced once we see them. All repairs happen before sanding so the floor blends.

Sanding by itself won't. We can fill gaps, fasten loose spots and replace damaged strips first, and repair pricing is given once we've seen the floor.
Light barefoot traffic usually comes first, and furniture returns after the finish cures. We'll give you the timing for your specific products at the estimate.
We split it fifty fifty. The first half is due as the sanders start up that first morning, the second once finishing is complete and you've walked the rooms.
Bring it over. Under our lowest price guarantee we undercut any written estimate for identical refinishing, with the sanding still done by Brazil Floors employees who hold NWFA certification.
