Your estimator lays out the schedule for the room, how long until you can walk on it and when furniture goes back. Furniture moving is a flat $250 if you want it handled.
A plank soaked by a leaking radiator line or dented by a heavy dresser is pulled and replaced from $150, then blended into the sanded surface.
The crew is licensed, insured and NWFA certified, and our labor has a one-year warranty. Half of the sanding price is paid at the start, half at the last coat.
