What do I need to do before you come?
Empty the room or book the flat $250 furniture moving. Keep animals away from the work area while finish is going on.
Does sanding fill the house with dust?
The machines are connected to a vacuum with sealed bags, so most dust is captured, and the crew vacuums once more before staining.
How do the payments work?
Half is due at the start of sanding and half at the final coat. We do not ask for a deposit to hold a date.

Refinishing sound oak stairs is $50 per step. Brand new hardwood treads are $60 each with riser, nosing and stain.
Do you swap out damaged boards first?
Yes. Repairs start at $150, are quoted on site and are sanded level with the rest before finish.
What warranty comes with refinishing?
Our labor is under warranty for one year, and the people doing it are employees who are licensed, insured and NWFA certified.
