A typical job under 1,500 Sq Ft takes about 3 days unstained or 4 with color, plus a spare day in damp weather. Stay in socks after a day, add furniture after two.
A board swollen by a leaking appliance or dented by a dropped cast iron pan is cut out and replaced from $150, then blended into the room.
Our work is covered for one year, and the crew is licensed, insured and NWFA certified. Half the sanding fee is due on day one, half at the final coat.

A mid brown hides boot marks and pet hair on the busy floors of a family house by the Old Meeting House.

A cool gray brown calms the orange cast of red oak in a split level on Chapel Hill.

A honey tone with a touch of red suits the older colonials that sit around the Common.

Dark walnut brings out every grain line under a dining table in a farmhouse near the Nashua River.

A near black finish looks sharp in a remodeled open plan, though dust and pet hair show sooner.

Usually not. Leave a key or a lockbox for the crew and plan to be home the first morning and for the final walk-through.
