Dustless Floor Refinishing
Hoses link every drum sander and edger to a vacuum unit that grabs dust right at the paper. Window sills and corners get vacuumed too before finish goes on.

We map out the days room by room, holding one in reserve for humid weather, and your project manager says exactly when you can walk through and when sofas return.
Loose strips, deep scratches and pet spots get fixed before the big sander rolls, so patches vanish under one smooth finish. Repairs are priced after a look.
Our sanding and finishing work is guaranteed for a full year. Payment is two even halves, 50% as sanding begins and 50% after the final layer dries and you approve.

Natural, no stain at all: white oak sealed clear holds a bright, honey free tone for years.

Medium brown camouflages crumbs and dog hair, which suits a busy family kitchen.

A neutral brown gets along with any trim paint and quiets the brassy look of an older red oak floor.

A red brown with real warmth looks lovely next to white wainscot in an older colonial.

A dark coffee tone where you can still see the grain, which gives a formal dining room some weight.

Near black looks dramatic in an open floor plan, though it reveals dust a little sooner, which we tell you before you commit.

Figure $2.50/Sq Ft. That covers sanding, stain if you choose one, and all the clear layers, and a small bedroom is priced per foot just like a big den.
Hardly. Each machine pulls dust into a vacuum as it sands, and we vacuum the room before finishing. A whisper of powder on a top shelf is usually the worst.
Yes, most households stay. Plastic sheets seal the rooms being sanded, and the rest of the house carries on while the finish cures.
Solid oak handles plenty of rounds through the decades. Engineered wood hinges on the thickness of its top veneer, which our estimator checks first.
Light marks often disappear with sanding. If the oak has gone black from urine, we swap those planks out, with that cost quoted once we see how far it spread.
You can if you like. Otherwise our crew will carry it all out and bring it back for a flat $250, with blankets around anything delicate.
Fifty percent goes in as the sanders start up. The other fifty percent is due after the last layer, once you are satisfied.
Call our office. If it happens within the first year, the labor is on us, and one of our NWFA certified, licensed refinishers will come back out to make it right.
