Dustless Floor Refinishing
Our sanders feed straight into an extraction vacuum that pulls dust as it's created. Doorways are sealed off with plastic, so the books on your shelves stay clean.

Plan on several days from the drum sander's first run to the final clear layer drying. Many weekend homeowners schedule us while they're away in the city.
Gouges, rocking planks and pet damage get handled before sanding, so each patch blends into the whole room. Popped nails along the hall are set below the surface.
Our licensed, insured NWFA crew backs every refinish for twelve months. You pay in two parts: half on the day dust collection hoses come in, the balance at the end of the job.

Natural uses only clear finish, letting oak or maple show its own warm or pale tone.

A medium brown hides mud, crumbs and dog hair in a busy farmhouse kitchen by the back door.

Neutral brown quiets the orange glow decades of sunlight give red oak, and it pairs well with white painted trim.

A warm reddish brown that matches brick hearths and stained ceiling beams in older homes.

Dark walnut adds some weight to a dining room with candlesticks and a long farm table, while the grain still shows.

Near black espresso looks striking in a big open great room, yet lint and muddy paws stand out fast.

Our rate is $2.50/Sq Ft. Sanding, any stain color you pick and the clear protective finish are all part of it. If the sofa and bookcases need carrying out, that's $250 flat.
Yes. Plenty of second home owners hand us a key. We send photos as the work moves along and the floor is cured by the time you return.
Very little. Our sanders feed an extraction vacuum, and doorways are sealed with plastic. Expect a light film at most, not a house full of dust.
Pulling up a heat register or threshold shows us how thick the wood is above the tongue. Most floors have at least one more sanding in them.
Bare feet are okay within roughly a day, chairs and tables can return midweek, and rugs can go back after roughly two weeks once the finish has fully hardened.
Surface marks sand out. Black spots where urine went deep usually mean swapping those planks for new ones, which we take care of before sanding.
We split the bill evenly. The first half is due the morning our sanding gear is carried in, and the rest once our crew packs up with the floor complete. Nothing is due before the work starts.
Yes, for twelve months. If the finish peels or fails due to a mistake by our crew, someone returns to fix it without a bill.
