Ordered planks leave the Natick warehouse and reach your Wenham door the next day. Vinyl needs no long wait to settle, so the work moves along.
Our estimator arrives with sample planks in the van, so you can set them on your own subfloor and judge the color under the lights you actually use.
Our labor is covered for one year, and each plank has the maker warranty. Material is paid when the boxes arrive, labor when the crew starts.

Laying the planks is $2.00/Sq Ft, and we do not bill the underlayment on top. Add our planks to the order and the finished floor lands at $5.00/Sq Ft.
The planks themselves are waterproof. After a spill or a leak you can dry the surface, and boards can be lifted and re-clicked if needed.
Usually it does. Removal averages about $1.00/Sq Ft, and the estimator confirms the figure after seeing the existing floor.
Sometimes. If the tile is flat and firmly bonded, we can lay over it, and grout lines may need filling first. We judge it on site.
A damp mop with a mild cleaner is plenty. Skip wax and steam, which can dull or damage the wear layer.
Next day, loaded at the Natick warehouse. Installation is scheduled once the boxes are confirmed.
Labor is paid on the day the crew arrives, and the material is paid when it is delivered to the house.
Workmanship is covered for a year by us, and the planks carry the maker warranty. Every installer who comes to your Wenham house is on our payroll.
