/ OUR SERVICES
Vinyl Floor Installers in Scituate
Our crew lays LVP in Scituate capes, cottages and condos from the harbor to the South Shore lanes. They check and level the subfloor, roll out the underlayment, click each row home and vacuum before leaving.
/ SPC, GLUE DOWN AND CLICK LOCK
Luxury Vinyl Plank Flooring
Harbor cottages, ranch homes and condos each rest on a different subfloor, so each gets a different plank. Here is how we match them.
SPC Rigid Core Vinyl
A rigid SPC core flattens the humps of old cottage subfloors.
Click Lock Vinyl Flooring
Click-lock planks float over a finished basement, which suits movie nights without any glue odor.
Glue Down Vinyl Plank
Fully glued planks hold firm in kitchens where stools drag and carts roll.
Basement Vinyl Flooring
Slabs near the shore get a moisture barrier under each row.
Kitchen and Bath Vinyl
Old tile in a bathroom is covered with vinyl that meets the hall without a step.
20 Mil Wear Layer LVP
A tough wear layer takes beach grit, bike tires and wet paws from Peggotty Beach walks.
/ HARDWOOD, LAMINATE AND REPAIRS
Hardwood, Laminate and Stairs in Scituate
A beach cottage near Peggotty Beach is ideal for vinyl plank. The same crews install hardwood and laminate, sand and stain old floors, fix boards and build stairs.

Get your Free In-Home EstimateWhat does vinyl plank installation cost in Scituate?
Installation is $2.00/Sq Ft with underlayment, or $5.00/Sq Ft when the planks come from us too.
Is vinyl a good call for a floor that floods in storms?
The planks themselves are waterproof, so after a soaking the floor can be dried and the planks lifted and relaid if needed.
Does tear-out of old flooring cost extra?
Yes, about $1.00/Sq Ft, confirmed during the free estimate once we see what is underneath.
Can you work in a condo with shared halls?
Yes. We protect common areas, bring our insurance papers for the association and keep noisy cutting outside.
What cleans a vinyl plank floor best?
A damp mop with a mild cleaner. Avoid steam and wax.
When can the planks be delivered?
The next day from our Natick warehouse.
When do I pay?
Boxes are paid when delivered and labor when the crew arrives to work.
What is covered by warranty?
Labor is covered for a year by Brazil Floors and planks by their maker. Everyone on the crew holds a license, carries insurance and has NWFA certification.
