Your order leaves our Natick warehouse and is at the house the day after. Vinyl needs no acclimation, so installation can follow immediately.
The estimator rolls up with sample boxes of LVP, laminate and hardwood, and you try them on your actual floor in the light from your own windows.
The install is warrantied for a year on our side, and each plank keeps its own manufacturer coverage. Material is paid on delivery, labor once the work starts.

Labor comes to $2.00/Sq Ft, underlayment included. When we also provide the planks, the whole floor is $5.00/Sq Ft.
The planks are waterproof. After a flood or spill, damp pieces can be lifted, the subfloor dried and the planks clicked back in.
No, removal is about $1.00/Sq Ft on top. During your free visit the estimator checks the current floor and confirms the amount.
We look at it during the estimate. Low spots get leveled before the pad goes down, and a rigid SPC plank covers small waves.
Use a damp mop with a gentle cleaner. Steam cleaners and wax can cloud the finish, so leave them in the closet.
Order now and the boxes arrive tomorrow. With no acclimation period for vinyl, installers can begin when the delivery lands.
You pay for the material when the cartons arrive and for labor when the installers begin working.
Labor is warrantied for twelve months and the manufacturer stands behind the planks. The crew has its license, its insurance and NWFA certification.
