Planks leave our Natick warehouse the day after your order. Because vinyl does not need to acclimate, installers get started when the boxes come in.
The estimator brings LVP, laminate and wood samples to your door, and you lay them on your own floor beneath your own windows before choosing.
One year of coverage backs our labor, and the plank manufacturer adds its own. Material is paid on delivery, labor as the work begins.

Installation labor is $2.00/Sq Ft and the underlayment is covered. With planks supplied by us too, the whole project is $5.00/Sq Ft.
The planks are waterproof, so after a spill you can dry the floor and carry on. On a slab, a moisture barrier is rolled out under row one.
Tear-out is about $1.00/Sq Ft. The estimator looks at the current floor at the free visit and confirms the number.
