Planks leave the Milford warehouse the next day, and since vinyl needs no acclimation wait, installers can begin once the boxes are inside.
Our estimator arrives with a sample case, so you can set vinyl, laminate and wood side by side on your own floor under your own windows.
Our labor carries a one-year warranty and the planks keep their manufacturer warranty. Crew payment falls on day one, while the planks are paid for on delivery.

Crew labor comes to $2.00/Sq Ft, underlayment already in the number. If we also supply the planks, the finished floor totals $5.00/Sq Ft.
The planks are waterproof, so after a spill they can be lifted, dried and snapped back in place. A moisture barrier goes down first on slabs.
Tear-out is about $1.00/Sq Ft and is confirmed at the free estimate. The estimator looks at what is on the floor before naming a number.
Often yes, if the tile is flat and solid. We check the grout lines at the estimate and level them when needed.
A lightly damp mop and a mild cleaner do the job. Steam mops and floor wax cloud the top layer, so leave them in the closet.
Planks are delivered the next day from Milford. Vinyl needs no settling period, so work often starts on delivery.
The crew is paid on the first morning and the planks when they are delivered. Holding a date takes no deposit.
Our labor is warranted for a year, and the planks fall under the manufacturer. Every installer is our own employee with a license, insurance and NWFA certification.
