A foam pad goes under every plank to soften steps and quiet the floor above. Concrete slabs get a plastic sheet first.
Photos never show true color, so our estimator carries real laminate and sets it on your floor, room by room, by the window.
If a labor issue turns up within a year, we fix it on our dime. Defective planks go to the maker, and our crew carries insurance.

Laminate labor runs $1.99/Sq Ft and the foam pad is free. Buying the planks from us makes the installed floor $4.89/Sq Ft.
It works well if you keep a mat inside the door and sweep often. Felt pads under chair legs keep grit from scuffing the surface.
Planks arrive the next day and need no waiting period, so one room often finishes in a day.
On a dry slab it works well with plastic laid first. If water comes in, we point you to vinyl plank.
Roughly $1.00/Sq Ft, with the pad and tack strips hauled off. We lift a corner at the estimate to see the floor beneath before confirming.
Laminate takes claws well when nails are trimmed. Keep a tray under the water bowl and wipe up accidents promptly.
Laminate on stairs is $50 per step in labor. Each edge gets a nose in the matching shade.
We give a one-year labor warranty. Plank defects fall under the maker, and our crews are licensed and insured.
