Brazil Floors carpenters build your stairs, licensed, insured and NWFA certified, and no outside carpenter ever touches your staircase.
Old farmhouse stairs are seldom square, so each tread is measured on its own and cut to fit the step it will sit on.
Our labor on every tread and riser is warranted for one year from the day the staircase reopens, and the oak carries its own maker's warranty.

A new oak step is $60, tread, riser, nosing, stain and labor included. Refinishing a stair or laying laminate on it is $50.
Yes. Each tread is cut to its own opening, which suits the crooked, narrow flights of older Willington houses.
One flight is usually done in a day, with the finish curing overnight.
The treads get the same stain and finish as your floor, so the color carries up the stairs.
We do, along with the pad and staples, and the cost is figured at your free visit.
We fit new treads and risers and put your balusters back. New railings are priced separately.
Labor is paid as the crew starts, and the wood is paid for as it arrives. Booking online saves $250.
