An Inwood underlay must suit the exact laminate and base. Record the accepted combination, moisture requirements and finished assembly height.
Inwood laminate samples compare texture and repeated print. View more than one boards beside retained woodwork before selection the shade.
Your Inwood proposal sets the one-year labor terms. Keep the product model and care guide so you can distinguish the maker’s coverage.

Include the approved backing when you calculate height. Compare the new level with the door swing and the height of the flooring that remains. If the doorway opens to a common hall, confirm the threshold detail with management first.
Mark where the parquet ends and decide which casing you want to keep. Check the height of the exposed base beside that edge. Select a transition that bridges the difference and preserves the movement clearance required by the flooring.
Agree on what the removal scope includes before lifting the carpet. After the pad comes out, inspect the exposed surface for loose or uneven areas. Confirm how any extra work will be priced and approved.
Ask for the building's sound requirements and read the instructions for the exact plank. An attached pad may limit the layers permitted beneath it. Verify the complete assembly before ordering and calculate its total height at the door.
Place several planks alongside the retained woodwork rather than looking at a single small swatch. Check the print repeat where daylight enters and under the hall lights. Compare the surface beside the trim that will remain in the room.
Check that it identifies the model, backing, transition profiles and labor. Confirm which old layers will be removed, where they will be disposed of and how any additional preparation will be approved.
Use only a model approved for that room. Review its spill instructions and the treatment at fixed cabinets and appliances.
Measure both finished levels and include every approved layer. Check how the transition sits under the door and whether the proposed profile leaves room for movement.
