You will not meet a subcontractor here. Each installer is a Brazil Floors employee with a license, insurance and an NWFA certificate.
The first morning starts with one more measure. Boxes get counted into their rooms and reducers are laid by the doors, so the nailer never waits on a missing piece.
Twelve months of warranty on our labor sit alongside the mill warranty on the boards you choose.

Rows follow the longest wall, which wastes the least wood and keeps a compact room feeling open.

Short pieces turned into a zigzag give a historic front hall a handmade, period look.

Ends are cut at matching angles so the rows meet in a sharp point, a smart choice for an open plan kitchen.

Set on a 45 degree diagonal, boards draw the eye across the floor and a snug guest room looks bigger.

Oak blocks rotate their grain square by square, parquet style, a traditional touch in a sunroom.

Short strips woven over and under with a contrasting border give a dining room near Sagamore Hill extra depth.

We charge $2.25/Sq Ft for nail down labor, with nails and underlayment part of that. Add the wood from us and the package reaches $5.50/Sq Ft unfinished or $6.00/Sq Ft prefinished.
It does when installed correctly. We read the subfloor moisture before the first board, and nail and glue or floating engineered planks are options for damper rooms.
Engineered hardwood, floated over underlayment with glue in the joints, so no nail touches the concrete. That labor is $2.00/Sq Ft.
Yes. Old flooring comes out for about $1.00/Sq Ft, and the crew looks over the plywood before new wood goes down.
The next day, straight from the Natick warehouse, once your order is in.
For a flat $250 we shift it out of the work area, and it goes back when the floor is complete.
Labor is due as the crew arrives, material when the boxes show up. Should sanding be included, you pay half as it starts and the other half when the last coat goes on.
One year on our labor, plus the maker's warranty on the wood. Everyone who does the work is our own hire, licensed, insured and NWFA certified.
